�Port Arrival Notification Requirements, Aden
�1.����������� The IMO International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code) under Chapter XI-2 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) 1974 relating to ship and port security entered into force on 1st July.
2.����������� Yemen Ports Authority (YPA) wishes to remind all vessels calling at the Port of Aden that, as promulgated in various international Port Information publications and the Port Bye-Laws, 48 hours notification of arrival at Aden is required.[1]
3.����������� Arrival information sent to the ship�s Agent should include Pre-arrival Notification of Security (PANS), the Crew and Passenger List and the standard Notification of Arrival.
4.����������� Any changes in requirements will be promulgated by Yemen Ports Authority and a notice will be posted at the YPA Website at http://www.portofaden.com.��
